To achieve the necessary data quality, it required that the employees setting up products in the stores use the solution. Therefore, a user-friendly app was developed via Power Apps, enabling employees to take pictures of their actual store setups. The pictures and accompanying data are stored in a structured manner and linked to the relevant campaign and customer in the CRM system.


Søren Junker Jespersen, Head of BUM & Category at Rynkeby, states: "We receive data from almost all of our customers, and with over 2,000 grocery stores in Denmark and more than 80 product items, this generates an extremely large amount of data with daily sales. 9altitudes has helped us structure and create views so we can make the best use of the data."


With this solution, Rynkeby can subsequently analyze which stores perform best during campaigns and share best practices to boost sales. Furthermore, they can now assess how stores and products perform in relation to each other, making it easier to identify effective methods and optimize efforts.
